Isaac Sharp received his Masters of Music in classical guitar performance from the Manhattan School of Music in 2012, studying with Professor Mark Delpriora. He completed his Bachelors of Music at the Eastman School of Music, Rochester, New York in 2009, with Dr. Nicholas Goluses. He has performed numerous solo recitals at schools, house concerts and other public venues, been a part of many chamber music ensembles and has been sought after to play with large ensembles, including the MSM Philharmonia and Wind Ensemble, the Greenwich Village Singers and “Khorikos”. He has performed in many master classes with world renowned recording artists, including Pepe Romero, David Russell, Paul Galbraith and Paul O’Dette. Isaac currently lives in Manhattan, New York where he performs and teaches.
Hailed by the New York Times as “excellent,” flutist Martha Cargo is committed to the integration of experimental music into various media, be it contemporary art, theater or dance. She has performed at diverse venues, from Cleveland’s Severance Hall, to the Terrace Theater at the Kennedy Center, all three stages at Carnegie Hall, the Aldrich Estate in the Hudson Valley, the elegant Chelsea gallery Chambers Fine Art, the stunning Queen Sophia Institute on the Upper East Side and the intimate Cornelia St. Café in the West Village. Martha is a founding member of Ensemble sans maître and also performs actively with the all-female new music ensemble neoLIT and Ben Richter’s project Ghost Ensemble, which presented a program of Pauline Oliveros’s music as part of a book release at EYEBEAM in November 2013. Martha holds degrees from Oberlin, SUNY-Purchase and, most recently, Manhattan School of Music, where she studied Contemporary performance with Tara Helen O’Connor.
