House Concert with 2014 Heida Hermanns International String Competition Winner
Rachell Wong, Violin
What an amazing day we had with Rachell Wong and accompanist, Andrew Rosenblum. Rachell’s program included Schubert A Major Sonata, Grand Duo; Kreisler/Brahms Hungarian Dance No. 17; Schuman Sonata No. 2 and a piece by Estrellita Ponce/Heifetz. She surprised the audience with a wonderful rendition of Amazing Grace, in memory of her Competition host and long-time CAM supporter, Jeff Read. Watch it here.
Tickets were $35, which included an informal reception following the performance. It was a great time for audience members and the artists to engage in lively conversation!
